Data incident Self-Checker

If you think you applied for the Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP) scheme or the Afghanistan Locally Employed Staff Ex-Gratia scheme (EGS) on or before 7 January 2022 and are concerned you might have been affected by the data loss incident, please input your details into the below self-checker. This is the quickest way to get a not affected/likely affected response concerning the reference used.

You are not affected and do not need to use the self-checker if:

  • You first applied to ARAP or EGS after 7 January 2022.
  • You never applied to ARAP or EGS.

To use the self-checker, you need to enter you ARAP, EGS or ATAE (Afghan Threat Evaluation Application) reference. If you have more than one, please check every reference and make sure the details you have entered are correct.

It is important that you enter your ARAP, EGS or ATAE reference in full including both letters, numbers and dashes. For example:

  • ATAE-1234
  • ARAP-123, ARAP-1234, ARAP-12345 or ARAP-123456
  • F123, M123, R1234, T123

If you don't know some of you ARAP, EGS or ATAE reference, you can use this contact form to message us. We recommend that you use the self-checker where possible, as it may take some time to check your details depending on the volume of enquiries we receive.
